At the core of the design these casters are made to outlast the cart itself. Featuring a dual deep groove ball bearing, simply pop the covers and clean with lubricant of choice (Bones speed cream). If the wear is more severe, these bearings are easy and cost effective to replace.

-Remove the caster via adjustable wrench with 17mm opening, loosen the 5mm axle bolt, remove the wheel and the (2) 5mm bolts holding the bearing housing in place. From there the bearing will slide out, ready for maintenance or replacement. This would also be a great time to flip the wheels if you have not in the past 10 rides. Wheel bearings do not need lubricant unless noisy or been ran through water. Wheel bearings require bones speed cream bearing grease.
